1. What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address, country and order details. Lemon Squeezy collects these and shares them with us. We never see or store your card details.
When you ask for a free sample: your email address, and your name if you give it.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
When you visit the website: our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect against attacks. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Why we use it

To deliver your book, send receipts and handle refunds (to perform our contract with you).
To send the free sample and occasional emails with Arabic tips and our books (with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link).
To answer your questions, and to keep records required by tax law (legal obligation).

3. Who we share it with

Only the services that run the shop: Lemon Squeezy (payments, delivery and emails) and Cloudflare (website hosting). They may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to help you.

5. Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and you can object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
